Yes, if you are a BASE customer you can keep your current mobile number. If you aren’t a BASE customer, go to a BASE point of
sale. Our sales assistants will help you complete all the necessary formalities.

Can I switch to postpaid 5 if I currently use a BASE prepaid card?

Yes. Go to a BASE point of sale and subscribe to a postpaid 5 contract.
Your BASE prepaid call credit balance can also be transferred to the my postpaid 5 monthly plan.

Can I switch to postpaid 5 if I already have ave a BASE monthly plan?

Yes. Go to a BASE point of sale and subscribe to a postpaid 5 contract.

Can I enjoy all the BASE services with my postpaid 5 monthly plan?

Yes. As a postpaid 5 customer, you can also enjoy all the services that BASE has to offer.

Can I add any options I like to my postpaid 5 monthly plan?

Yes. All the options are available to you.
However, be careful not to activate the options already included in your monthly plan.

I’m not able to send MMS and and I have an € 80 monthly plan. Why is this?

You can enjoy unlimited MMS* in Belgium with your € 80 monthly plan. But first you will need to do the following to activate the MMS
service: Text "MMS" to 1910. The activation of the MMS service is free of charge and is automatic.
In certain cases, your mobile phone may not be configured to send and receive MMS.
You can configure your mobile phone.
